Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product received from the store within seven days from the date of receipt. After this period, the consumer is no longer entitled to an exchange.

  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and without any benefit gained from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange.

    • The consumer bears the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product.
    • For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and must deliver the product to the shipping company.
    • If there is a defect or an error, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was custom-made at the consumer's request or according to specifications they provided, except in cases where the product has a defect or does not meet the specified requirements.

  2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.

  3. If the product includes newspapers, magazines, publications, or books or any other literary works.

  4. If the product has a defect due to misuse by the consumer.

  5. If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or food services.

  6. If the contract involves purchasing downloadable software products online.
